Our History

H.F. Schröder started its operations in Hamburg, Germany over 80 years ago in 1933. In 1954, a full scale branch in Nigeria where it built a strong presence both in contracting and consulting, as well as, in technical services to the public and private sector. The company‘s success in Nigeria made it sought after by their exclusive representatives leading through a large multi – national organizations.
In 1993 H.F Schröder sold its infrastructure to a UTC Group of Companies in Nigeria (a well-known Swiss managed a group in Nigeria) and Gama Engineering was created. Schroder key technical Staff has all shifted to Gama Engineering and with full support of the Hamburg office which benefit the Nigerian affiliate. Though then, a long – term binding agreement has been signed by both organizations specifically stipulating that H.F Schröder is fully committed to provide all necessary support to Gama in terms of equipment, man power and technical know – how.
Consequently, in an effort to further spread its wings, H.F Schröder’s Directors have entered into partnerships in 2007 with a United Arab Emirate local Mr. Yousef Jafaar Al Saifi and both made a joint venture agreement creating the organization to classify as Schroeder Projekt ElectroMechanic LLC.
Schroeder Projekt ElectroMechanic LLC having a stronghold associate, committed in full trust with Clients which is the organization’s primary policy, has executed prestigious projects, meeting erudite jobs in a fast track and quality performance, Schroeder has satisfactorily completed MEP Works for projects made in Abu Dhabi, to name; (1) Gulf Precast Concrete Company Factory – ICAD Phases I, II & III, July 2007, (2) Baynounah Studios and Offices, March 2010 and (3) Brighton College School-Bloom Garden, on Sept 2011.

In the year 2011 Schroeder was awarded with a project from Command Military Works in Zayed Military City, a government owned project in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and has been entrusted to work for completing the “supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete Mechanical and Electrical Works” for the project “Works Executions for Buildings and Construction at Camp No. 141260 at and Paint Booth & Grit Blast Facilities at CMW11018-B001- Zayed Military City. Having Schroeder’s remarkable relationship with CMW, Schroder has been awarded with more projects for MEP Works namely, CMW11041-C004; CMW14034-C001; CMW15063-C001 and CMW19019-C001 with which reflects us a good stand in performing works for industrial and infrastructure projects.
As Schroeder continuously succeeding with consistent effort, performing the works responsibly and completing the projects in timely manner, again Schroeder has been awarded by one of the prestigious specialty Hospital in Abu Dhabi, “NMC Hospital”, to complete electrical works and again made a remarkable comment from the Client for the quality performance and in a proficient manner in executing the said project.
Schroeder had foots step ahead developing a better engineering scheme, with strong business strategy, values Client relationship, having a contracting capability and reliable management Team, with fast procurement and delivery of materials & services….Schroeder’s contribution to Industrial and Infrastructure projects for MEP Works will remain it’s goal for a better achievement and providing workers opportunities to gain as one stronghold company.
Schroeder exemplifies its capabilities for business expansion and enlarge its wings for international industrial and infrastructure projects and foresees a continuous success.
